Proposed 3D visual conceptual design for a luxury condo along Gurney Drive - Penang. This project is belong's to OHM Developer company base in Penang. A 23storey contemporary design with full glass panel for panoramic sea view. Single unit for each floor which is 4000sq ft and above, and penthouse consist of 6000sq ft and above. The 4storey car park act as the podium of the building with natural ventilation.
